What does “reconditioned” actually mean?
Every part undergoes a multi-step restoration. Firstly we’ll check all of the electrical functions using signal data from field testing. Then we fully clean and inspect the part. Next we’ll use our specially developed repair methods to address typical faults. Yellowing, water ingress, scratches or broken fixings aren’t a worry with our parts. Finally we provide a report of the work done so you know exactly what you’re buying.
Are these genuine or aftermarket copies?
e exclusively source Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. This ensures perfect fitment and better quality levels rigorously designed, tested and homologated.
What does your warranty cover?
We offer a 1 year warranty. This covers internal mechanical failure (like a motor or optical component dying) or seals failing (moisture getting inside the light). It does not cover road stone chips or accidental damage after installation.
Why do you grade parts?
We use the VRA grading for electronic components which is determined by the donor vehicle mileage. This helps you to compare our product against others using a standard grading.
How do I know if this part fits my car?
We list parts by the OEM Part Number. We highly recommend checking the sticker on your current unit or calling a dealership with your VIN to confirm a match. If you’re unsure, send us a photo of your car and we’ll help you verify.
Does the headlight come with bulbs and ballasts?
To give piece of mind, we replace halogen bulbs with equivalent new parts. Due to the longer life of Xenon products, we include the existing bulbs and ballast from the recovered part.
